These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and services by Cappuccetto Verde through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Product

  1. Accuracy : We strive to ensure that the product descriptions on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, reliable, current, or free from any defects. The menus provided on our site are examples and each basket will be a delightful surprise, depending on seasonal availability and our chefs’ creativity.
  2. Allergen Information: Our products are made in a kitchen that handles various allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, shellfish, and fish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from potential allergens.
  1. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any specific allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. While we will do our best to accommodate such needs, cross-contamination is always a risk, and customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

 

Order Process

  1. Placing an Order: To place an order, select your desired picnic basket and complete the order form on our website. Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
  2. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the items ordered, the total cost, and the delivery or pickup arrangements.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment Method: All payments must be made in cash upon delivery or pickup. We do not accept credit cards, checks, or other forms of payment at this time.
  2. Deposit: A cash deposit of €100 is required for each picnic basket. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the basket in good condition.

Delivery and Pickup

  1. Availability: Our picnic baskets are currently available only in the Langhe region.
  2. Pickup: You can collect your picnic basket from one of our partner wineries, allowing you to enjoy your meal directly amidst the vines.
  3. Delivery: We offer delivery to a location of your choice within the Langhe region for an additional fee. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed in the order confirmation email.
  4. Timely Pickup/Delivery: Customers must be available at the agreed time for delivery or pickup. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order without a refund.

Use of Picnic Baskets:

  1. Care and Return: Customers are responsible for taking care of the picnic baskets and returning them in good condition. Any damage or loss may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  2. Prohibited Uses: The picnic baskets are provided for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them.
  2. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders or returned deposits will be processed within 7 business days.

Liability

  1. Product Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Cappuccetto Verde is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
