It all started with a bouquet of violets and my grandmother Norina.
She taught me to cook without measuring, only feeling.
To respect the ingredients.

Today I've come back to my roots, and I cook the way she did:

"We spent a week in Piedmont and enjoyed a picnic during a beautiful hike around the vineyards. The picnic was themed around hazelnuts, a local specialty. Everything was delicious: biscuits, savoury tartelettes and muffins, salad, etc. The fruit-infused water was especially refreshing during the walk. An original and fun way to discover local products."
